Carne Asada

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of thin-sliced beef steak
  • 1 dozen of flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 can of pinto beans
  • 4 limes
  • 1 handful of green onions
  • guacamole
  • soy sauce
  • 1 pack of Knorr Arroz Tomate
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • soy sauce
  • juice of 2 limes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion cut into julienne

Preparation

  1. Marinate steak for 30 minutes to 1 hour with juice of 2 oranges, 2 limes, soy sauce, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and 1 julienned onion.

  2. Grill steak on medium-high heat until tender, then cut into strips.

  3. Grill green onions until soft.

  4. Cook a pouch of Knorr Arroz Tomate as per package instructions.

  5. Serve grilled steak with Mexican rice, guacamole, beans, and rice.

  6. Squeeze lime over beef and onions, and season with salt.
